After careful consideration and review, projects were selected based on the ability to support development of the pharmacy workforce as per the HEE mandate and business plan and where the projects had clearly defined outputs, opportunities for growth, system wide development and lastly innovative ways to tackle some of the educational infrastructure issues that were faced in the midst of the pandemic.
