The deadline for employers to register to recruit via Oriel and submit programme information for the
2027-28 foundation training year is 12:00 Midday on Tuesday 3 March 2026.
To recruit via Oriel, and employ a foundation trainee pharmacist for the 2027-28 training year, employers must register via the form below. You will need to provide programme specific information and agree to meet the Terms of Participation. These Terms of Participation form part of the contractual agreement between employers and NHS England, in its role as the Statutory Education Body for England as accredited by the GPhC, to ensure all training places meet the quality framework and regulatory requirements.
If you have recruited via Oriel before, your employer details will be available by selecting the correct NHS England region followed by location (sector), Employer Type and speciality or size of organisation from the available selections in the form below. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an email from noreply@holograph.digital with a copy of your submission, please check your junk mail folder if you can’t see this email.
Employers can download a copy of the ‘Oriel NRS Employer Registration Prog Info 2026’ excel spreadsheet, which is available above. There is also an employer registration ‘How to Guide’ to support you with completing the online form correctly. If you have multiple programmes to submit (one form completion per programme) it is advisable to keep a track of which ones you have submitted and ensure you do not submit a programme which you do not plan to recruit to or duplicate entries.
Please read the employer handbook, which support employers of foundation trainee pharmacists.
Employers offering Bradford Sandwich placements should contact: fls-placements@bradford.ac.uk with any queries.
Employers in Wales should not complete the online form. Please contact: Laura.Doyle3@wales.nhs.uk for guidance.
